This privacy policy applies solely to the CyberCreators Founding 50 application page. It covers only the data collected through the application form on this page and nothing else.

Who we are

The data controller for your personal data is MadThinkMarketing OÜ for CyberCreators.io, registered in Estonia (EU). If you have any questions, you can reach us at madeleine@madeleineschulze.com. We will respond within 5 business days.

What data we collect

When you apply through this page, we collect two things only: your email address and a link to your social media profile or current link-sharing page. Nothing else. No cookies, no tracking pixels, no behavioural data, no payment information.

Why we collect it

Your email address is used to contact you about your application and, if approved, to confirm your access and communicate with you during the programme. Your social or profile link is used solely to verify that you are an active creator relevant to the programme. It is reviewed manually by a member of our founding team and used for no other purpose.

Who has access to your data

Only the CyberCreators founding team — Hoss and Madeleine. Your data is not shared with, sold to, or processed by any third party for marketing or any other purpose. We use a form provider (Tally) and an email provider for operational purposes only, each bound by their own data processing agreements.

How long we keep your data

If your application is unsuccessful, we delete your data within 30 days of notifying you. If you join the Founding 50, we retain your data for the duration of the programme and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time, and to object to how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, email madeleine@madeleineschulze.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
